
Notice regarding how to use OMR Sheet in TSC



OMR Sheet – Important Instructions
The OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) Sheet is a machine-read answer sheet. Candidates must follow all instructions carefully, as incorrect marking may result in rejection of the answer sheet.
1. Filling Personal Information
- Write your Applicant’s Name in English using BLOCK LETTERS only.
- Fill in all required details such as roll number, exam type, subject code, and set code.
- Darken the corresponding circles completely and neatly.
2. Answer Marking Rules
- Use only a black or blue ballpoint pen.
- For each question, darken only one option (A, B, C, or D).
- Marks must be dark, clean, and within the circle.
- Multiple answers for a single question will be treated as invalid.
3. Corrections & Overwriting
- No erasing, scratching, overwriting, or use of correction fluid is allowed.
- Damaged or unclear marks may not be read by the OMR machine.
4. Prohibited Actions
- Do not fold, tear, staple, or crumple the OMR sheet.
- Do not write any notes, symbols, or comments on the sheet.
- Do not mark outside the given circles.
5. Important Note
The OMR sheet is evaluated by a machine. Any mistake in filling details or marking answers may lead to rejection without further notice. Candidates are fully responsible for the accuracy of their OMR sheet.
