OMR Sheet – Important Instructions

The OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) Sheet is a machine-read answer sheet. Candidates must follow all instructions carefully, as incorrect marking may result in rejection of the answer sheet.


1. Filling Personal Information

  • Write your Applicant’s Name in English using BLOCK LETTERS only.
  • Fill in all required details such as roll number, exam type, subject code, and set code.
  • Darken the corresponding circles completely and neatly.

2. Answer Marking Rules

  • Use only a black or blue ballpoint pen.
  • For each question, darken only one option (A, B, C, or D).
  • Marks must be dark, clean, and within the circle.
  • Multiple answers for a single question will be treated as invalid.

3. Corrections & Overwriting

  • No erasing, scratching, overwriting, or use of correction fluid is allowed.
  • Damaged or unclear marks may not be read by the OMR machine.

4. Prohibited Actions

  • Do not fold, tear, staple, or crumple the OMR sheet.
  • Do not write any notes, symbols, or comments on the sheet.
  • Do not mark outside the given circles.

5. Important Note

The OMR sheet is evaluated by a machine. Any mistake in filling details or marking answers may lead to rejection without further notice. Candidates are fully responsible for the accuracy of their OMR sheet.
